Product appearance

The Alveosport shock pad is ready for installation when arriving on site. Typically, the product is supplied  in rolls with the following dimensions:

Thickness: 8 – 20 mm
Width: 1.95 m
Length: 100 m
Roll weight: ≤ 100 kg
Professional adhesive tape for installation can be included in the delivery.

Center of excellence

The composition of Alveosport is designed to match the required sport performance. Based on the cooperation with various partners in the industry, the foam is designed in the optimal way to match the specific turf and infill combinations. Tests for system certifications can be done in the specialized in-house laboratory.

Performance with low thickness

Special foam formulations allow a much thinner product design. 10 mm Alveosport will meet the same requirements as other shock pads at much higher thickness and weight.

Easy installation

Thanks to the light weight of the rolls, the on-site handling of Alveosport is easy and comfortable. The rolls can be manually unloaded from the truck and rolled to the pitch.

The shock pad is laid directly on any sub-base. Alveosport is designed to resist heavy loads from installation equipment.

Innovation in foam

Alveosport is a crosslinked polyolefin foam product designed by Sekisui Alveo. It is manufactured using only virgin base materials so that the technical properties can be precisely controlled. The high-tech components inside the foam ensure the extended durability and constant performance of the Alveosport shock pad.

Less waste

The shock pad will keep its mechanical properties and performance for at least 2 life times of the artificial turf carpet.
For removal, the shock pad can be easily rewound, thanks to its structural integrity. Instead of an expensive and polluting disposal, the polyolefin foam can be recycled.
